From the early days of mixing drinks in the vibrant locales of Orlando to the pioneering vision behind Refind, my journey is one of passion, transformation, and innovation.
Born in Ocala and raised in The Villages & Lady Lake, my path was shaped by an innate love for hospitality and connection. This led me from bussing tables at a local country club to mastering the art of mixology, eventually studying hospitality and event management at UCF. My passion for being “on stage” and interacting with people turned what many consider a “filler job” into a lifetime vocation.
In 2019, I launched Bartender Rental, a mobile bar service that quickly became known for its quality, creativity, and the unique ability to craft memorable moments through cocktails. However, a personal awakening in 2022 led me down a path less traveled. Embracing a sober lifestyle, I discovered the profound impact of removing alcohol not just from my life but from my craft, turning my expertise towards creating sophisticated, handcrafted alcohol-free cocktails.
This transformation from Bartender Rental to Refind is more than a rebranding; it's a renaissance of the cocktail experience. Refind signifies a return to the essence of hospitality and connection—crafting drinks that elevate moments without the need for alcohol. My affinity for mid-century Americana, sparked by childhood days spent watching '50s and '60s TV with my parents, colors my aesthetic and approach to life. It's a nod to a time of innovation and simplicity, qualities I bring to my craft at Refind. My journeys, both literal and metaphorical, from exploring new cultures through travel to navigating the depths of wellness and personal growth, have enriched my perspective, making every Refind experience a reflection of a well-traveled, deeply passionate soul.
